How to request deletion

You can request account deletion from your signed-in profile settings on web or mobile.

1. Open Profile settings.
2. Select Account Deletion.
3. Review any blockers and confirm the request.

Delete now during the grace period

If you do not want to wait 30 days, you can permanently delete your account immediately while it is pending deletion.

1. Open Account Deletion while your request is pending.
2. Type DELETE in the confirmation field (uppercase or lowercase both work).
3. Select Delete now.

How to reinstate your account

While your deletion request is pending, return to Account Deletion in your profile settings and select Reinstate account.

What happens after 30 days

After the grace period ends, your account is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
